What do I do if I’ve lost my volunteer parking pass?
The Parking Services team will be able to assist with lost or replacement volunteer parking passes. There is an administration fee of $20.00 to replace the card.
What if my pass has been stolen?
If your pass has been stolen, the replacement fee is waived with a copy of the police report filed.
My parking pass seems to be damaged and isn’t working. What should I do?
If your parking pass doesn’t seem to be working, please contact parking@calgarystampede.com. Parking permits requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear will be done at no cost to the permit holder. Parking permits damaged through negligence will be charged a $20.00 replacement fee.
I forgot my parking pass and I’m coming to Park for my committee meeting. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your parking pass, you will have to pay for parking at the parking booth. You may also contact your committee chair as they may be able to provide you with a single use parking pass for that day. Not all commitees have budgeted for these passes, so they may not be available.
How do I find out about handicapped parking on Park?
You can contact the Parking Services team at 403.261.0153 and they can tell you where the various accessibility stalls are located in each parking lot.
